Dumpster Rental Season is Coming to an End
With fall fast approaching, and summer fading away, dumpster rental season should also be slowing down. It’s no secret that summer is the heaviest season for construction, and this correlates directly with national dumpster rental volume. From Dallas, Texas, to Detroit, Michigan it is becoming more evident that a change of season is upon us. So what to do if your business rents dumpsters in Athens, Georgia, or Wilmington, Delaware? Should you temporarily close up shop and wait until the next busy season?
No, don’t become despondent; Local Dumpster Rental is here to help. Local Dumpster Rental makes it possible for dumpster rental, container rental, and roll off dumpster rental companies to rent more dumpsters without incurring any upfront costs. We have nineteen dumpster company partners nationwide who are all experts in construction dumpster rental services. Local Dumpster Rental Participated in “Touch a Truck 2010”
Local Dumpster Rental teamed up with Worldwide Wholesale Equipment to participate in “Touch a Truck,” at North Park in Alpharetta, Georgia. Touch a Truck is an event that showcases all different types of vehicles and encourages children get up close and personal with them. It is held annually, at many different locations throughout the United States. The event offered free admission to all patrons, and attendance was surprisingly high!
Heavy duty construction equipment, big rigs, school buses, trolleys, old tractors, police cars, motor cycles, delivery trucks, roll off dumpster trucks, ambulances, and fire trucks were well represented. The Local Dumpster Rental / Worldwide Wholesale Equipment team brought their tailgate converted 1976 Ford model fire truck. This tailgating machine is decked out in UGA and Atlanta Falcon’s decorations, in support of our local football teams. This was not the only fire truck at the event; in fact, it was not even the only vintage fire truck at the event. It was, however, the only fire truck present that allowed participants to climb all over the vehicle.
Other highlights from the event included a fire safety house, which teaches children the proper way to exit a burning house. There was face painting, balloon animals, snow cones, and, BBQ. Touch a Truck turned out to be a great event with great people. Local Dumpster Rental and Worldwide Wholesale Equipment are lucky to have participated in this community event.
